We offer a full range of building services, including new builds, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, renovations, alterations, kitchen & bathroom installations, driveway, patio, paving and decking work undertaken.
We employ / subcontract our own specialist tradesmen including plumbers, electricians and roofing specialists. This enables us to provide a premier building service, with all work fully guaranteed.
We require a 5% deposit to secure a start date, this is non - refundable but it gives you a 14 day cooling of period from the date of you signing your contract.
We provide a written specification in an easy to understand format detailing all works within your project, this is done on a room by room basis. Including for example the quantity of sockets or any special finishes. This detailed breakdown ensures there are no nasty surprises for you half way through the build, if it isn't written down it isn't included.
We do understand that carrying out building works can be very stressful. Choosing the right builder can make a dramatic difference. Our experience has enabled us to refine the service we offer, we go to great lengths to make things as stress free as possible.
