AP Berrystone completed a large single-storey extension for us in summer 2012. The work required the removal of the entire rear corner of our property with substantial enlargement of the sitting room and kitchen, plus the addition of a cloakroom. From the first meeting through to the estimate and final execution of the works Adrian and his team were fantastic, even dealing smoothly with some necessary corrections to the architect's plans and liaising with the kitchen manufacturer. They were extremely considerate, particularly as we were living in the property at the time and effectively having to work around the lack of a kitchen and sitting room for a good deal of the 8-week build duration. The site was always kept clean and tidy with great consideration shown to our neighbours and cat! Since completion many of our friends and neighbours have complimented us on the quality of the works and how they blend in seamlessly to the original building.
