From the beginning Adrian was very helpful. We had been struggling to get the structural design started and he met with our structural engineer and resolved the issue that day. The steelwork was not straightforward and required a high degree of skill and experience to construct.
Whenever we needed advice on anything at all he was always there to help. He was able to offer a lot of advice about what we should consider doing, rather than just building to drawing.
Throughout the duration of the build Adrian kept us informed as to the progress of the work on a daily basis. Not once did we have to chase on anything, as Adrian is incredibly organised. His team were always on time and reliable. The build was completed on time with Adrian letting us know when we needed to ado anything to ensure that the programme was met. Form the outset Adrian said that he would ensure everything would be tidy and work respectful of the neighbours who had nothing but praise for the way he goes about his work.
